1. Limestone Bungalow - Two Bedroom

The Two  Bedroom Limestone Bungalows are a favourite with their private outside stone baths.  

We have two of this type of Bungalow; 

Bungalow 1. and Bungalow 2. They are the same and a short walk from each other.

Your own private stand alone Bungalow. Made from natural local sustainable materials, limestone, stone and timber they are the ultimate retreat. Solar passive in design to be cool in summer and warm in winter. Set apart  for peace and privacy with rural views to our vineyards, cow grazing paddocks and the ancient Woodjitup National Park Forest, in the distance. 

Perfect for couples, a family or small group. Maximum 5 people including children over 1 year, total. Rates vary depending on the number of guests. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower plus a washing machine. Outside is a private stone bath situated on the private deck.  The bungalow offers open plan living with a full modern kitchen, stone or stainless bench tops, quality appliances, dishwasher, sofas, kitchen table, indoor wood pot belly (cold seasons only) and a spacious outdoor entertaining area. The garden has a much loved circular swing for children. Parents love the comfy reading nook on the verandah.  Allowing your family to settle into the relaxed Margaret River lifestyle. 

GUEST ACCESS Guests can explore the farm via the 1.7km walking track. See vegetable gardens, vineyards, orchards, farm animals (cows, pigs, sheep, chickens and geese),the large worm farm and Permaculture systems.

COMPLIMENTARY MORNING FARM WALKS, WINERY TOUR, WINE TASTINGS & MARKET GARDEN TOURS  are available for all staying guests farm We are here to share and inspire. RATES Maximum 5 people including children over 1 year, total. The base rate is for the first  two people and extra children, 2 years and over and adults are an extra $50 per night.  Cots are available as an added booking option for $25 per night. High chairs are available for a flat rate of $10.

BOOKING & PAYMENT VIA ALL CREDIT CARDS The booking system accepts all credit cards (no extra fees charged). The balance is due 14 days before you are due to arrive.  

BANK TRANSFERS If you wish to book and pay via bank transfer please email or whats app to organise. We will be happy to do the booking manually and provide an invoice.  

CANCELLATION POLICY - STRICT Your guarantee for the best rate and 50% of your deposit refunded, up to 31 days before.  Otherwise no refund for any reason.  Sorry we are very small and keep the booking just for you. Travel insurance is essential if you feel you may have to cancel.
