The Two  Bedroom Limestone Bungalows are a favourite with their private outside stone baths.  

We have two of this type of Bungalow; 

Bungalow 1.  and Bungalow 2. They are the same and a short walk from each other.

Solar passive in design to be cool in summer and warm in winter. Set apart  for peace and privacy with rural views to our vineyards, cow grazing paddocks and the ancient Woodjitup National Park Forest, in the distance. 

Perfect for couples, a family or small group. Maximum 5 people including children over 1 year, total. Rates vary depending on the number of guests. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower plus a washing machine. Outside is a private stone bath situated on the private deck.  The bungalow offers open plan living with a full modern kitchen, stone or stainless bench tops, quality appliances, dishwasher, sofas, kitchen table, indoor wood pot belly (cold seasons only) and a spacious outdoor entertaining area. The garden has a much loved circular swing for children. Parents love the comfy reading nook on the verandah.  Allowing your family to settle into the relaxed Margaret River lifestyle. 

RATES Maximum 5 people including children over 1 year, total. The base rate is for the first  two people and extra children, 2 years and over and adults are an extra $50 per night.  Cots are available as an added booking option for $20 per night. High chairs are available for a flat rate of $5.

BOOKING & PAYMENT VIA ALL CREDIT CARDS The booking system accepts all credit cards.  A small credit card surcharge does apply. A 50% deposit is payable on booking.  The balance is due 14 days before you are due to arrive.  

BANK TRANSFERS If you wish to book and pay via bank transfer please email or whats app to organise. We will be happy to do the booking manually and provide an invoice.  We appreciate that you have decided to stay and book direct through our website.  

CANCELLATION POLICY - STRICT Your guarantee for the best rate and 50% back, on the deposit, if you have to cancel for any reason, up to 31 days before.  Otherwise no refund for any reason.  Sorry we are very small.  Travel insurance is essential if you feel you may have to cancel.
