THE SPACE The bungalow is made from natural materials. Solar passive in design, cool in summer and warm in winter. Built from rammed earth, timber and stone. It has a modern rustic style.
The bungalow is one bedroom but very spacious and has large north facing windows.

The bedroom has a King Size bed.

The separate bathroom has a stone bath, separate shower and floor to ceiling tiles.

It has a fully self- contained kitchen including dishwasher, gas hot plates and an oven.

The living area has leather sofas and sold timber furniture plus a cosy wood fire for the cooler months.

The large undercover verandah has an outdoor sofa, table and chairs, weber bbq and overlooks a beautiful native garden.

The parking is undercover.
A laundry is provided.
Enjoy the 1.7km walking track around farm.
Mountain bike and walking tracks can be accessed directly from the farm, adjoining Woodjitup National Park.

GUEST ACCESS Guests can explore the farm via the 1.7km walking track. See vegetable gardens, vineyards, orchards, farm animals (cows, pigs, sheep, chickens and geese),the large worm farm and Permaculture systems.

Complimentary wine tastings and sales are available on the farm.

Mini tours of the Market Garden are complimentary - see what is ready to pick for your dinner.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Young babies under 1 year are welcome. This bungalow is not suitable for older children. Please choose a two bedroom Bungalow instead.

Local Shire fire ban restrictions apply in the warmer months ie
wood fires in the pot belly are only allowed in the cool winter months.

BOOKING & PAYMENT VIA ALL CREDIT CARDS The booking system accepts all credit cards. A small credit card surcharge does apply. A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due 14 days before you are due to arrive. 

BANK TRANSFERS If you wish to book and pay via bank transfer please email or whats app to organise. We will be happy to do the booking manually and provide an invoice. We appreciate that you have decided to stay and book direct through our website.
